Borderless innovation: EDIH Saarland & the Greater Region*
In an increasingly interconnected world, innovation does not end at national borders. This is why the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) Saarland works closely with the EDIHs and the Enterprise Europe Networks (EENs) of the Greater Region. Cooperation with France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands creates new synergies, exciting projects and valuable networks for digital transformation.
Strong cooperation for more innovation
The regular interconnection of EDIHs brings many benefits:
- More expertise – through the exchange of best practices and expertise
- More networking – businesses, research institutions & public institutions benefit from a strong network
- More opportunities – joint events, workshops & projects create synergies
Exchange that connects and creates new perspectives
Monthly online meetings and face-to-face “Greater Innovation” workshops allow EDIHs to pool ideas, tackle challenges together and kick-start new digitalisation projects. This is not just about knowledge transfer, but about real cooperation: How can we pool our strengths? How can we benefit from each other? What ideas do we take forward? The common objective: Drive innovation and actively shape the digital transformation of the Greater Region. The network is complemented by joint exhibition stands and presentations at a wide range of events – a perfect opportunity to show businesses how they can benefit from cooperation with EDIHs.
