Progressive digitalisation is fundamentally changing production processes. Connected machines, smart sensors and digital supply chains create huge opportunities, but at the same time open up new attack areas. Cyber-attacks can cause production stops, data losses and significant economic damage. Particularly producing companies are now increasingly targeted by cyber-criminals.

The five-part workshop series on cybersecurity in production provides you with the right framework to help you secure your production. It takes a holistic approach to cybersecurity enforcement, provides necessary knowledge and exchanges of experience with speakers and participants.

In Module 2, we show you how you determine your current maturity, i.e. how secure your processes and systems are today. And also where you need to stop attacks and ensure compliance. You will not only get a clear inventory, but also develop concrete solutions for your operations – step by step, practical and feasible.

Contents

  • Develop a maturity model for organisation and processes – including structural, threat and risk analysis in the overall process
  • They get to know strategic security management: How you integrate cybersecurity into your digitalisation strategy and make roles and tasks in the security organisation fit for the future.
  • You will prepare a practical assessment: Carrying out an industrial security analysis on a digital platform – for clear recommendations for action.

Benefits/objectives

  • Determination of the individual maturity level for organisation and processes in the company
  • Identification of nuisance points and development of solutions
