When new technologies are introduced in the company, it affects in most cases: the employees. AI can facilitate their work, but it can also address stress, monotonia or Work compaction. If such risks overshadow the benefits, the new Technologies not accepted by the workforce. It is therefore important that technologies: to be human-centric.
