Shadow AI, i.e. the unauthorised use of AI tools by staff, poses new challenges for many companies. In the context of the digital transformation, conscious management of it is crucial. In our practical workshop, we analyse, using a fictitious company, specific risks associated with shadow AI, from data protection to security vulnerabilities and compliance issues. Together, we develop strategies to address these risks and turn them into opportunities for innovation and staff development through targeted change management.
