An open and constructive error culture is an essential success factor for innovation, especially in the era of artificial intelligence. Small and medium-sized enterprises in particular benefit from this by drawing valuable insights from failures and actively involving them in learning and development processes.

In this workshop, you will learn how a constructive error culture contributes to increased innovation capacity and sustainable success, in particular when dealing with AI applications. Together with other participants, reflect typical sources of errors in AI projects and develop practical strategies to use them as learning opportunities.

In addition to teaching basics and methods, the focus is on interactive exercises and exchange of experience: You are elaborating concrete ideas and measures on how to promote an open, trustworthy culture of error in your company and to enshrine it on a permanent basis.
