Artificial intelligence (AI) is fundamentally transforming the retail sector by improving the customer experience and making operations more efficient. In this module, we show you how AI technologies can support the entire purchasing process from planning to follow-up. They learn about the role of intuitive user guidance, personalised recommendations and efficient operations and how these can be implemented through AI. The aim is to show you how to use AI in your company to sustainably improve processes and customer experience.
