Digitalisation in private and professional contexts is steadily increasing. Technological progress also increases our societal responsibility to ensure that everyone has access to digital developments and that social participation is not distant.
In particular, severely disabled representatives representing the interests of severely disabled people face a double challenge in the digital transformation: They must acquire knowledge of the technologies and then be able to assess the importance of in-service deployment for those affected. One way to identify the challenges together is our event, which we organise together with the Saarland Labour Chamber. We warmly invite you to exchange expertise and experience with our experts from the Institute for Digital Participation and the German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). Following the presentations, we offer participants the opportunity to discuss topical issues and opportunities for action in short workshops with political actors.
A joint event between the Advisory Centre for Socially Sound Technology Design and Saarland Labour Chamber. In cooperation with the Advisory Centre for Socially Sound Technology Design e.V. (BEST)
