Experience the future of production and digitalisation at our exclusive EDIH science tour through the research and learning factories “CiP”, “ETA” and “FlowFactory” of TU Darmstadt in cooperation with the SME Digital Centre Darmstadt.
In the CiP Processing Factory, you will see how the digitalisation of business processes is being implemented in practice. With the example of the production of pneumatic compact cylinders, we show you how the use of state-of-the-art technologies optimises existing production facilities. You will get valuable insights on how to make your own production processes more efficient.
The ETA factory opens the door to sustainable and energy-efficient production. Through state and process monitoring and smart networking of machinery, processes and building technology, we show you how significant savings can be achieved. Find out how to use energy in an informed way through integrated solutions and how to implement these approaches in your company.
The FlowFactory provides you with insights into the optimisation of logistic processes and the implementation of customised production. The focus is on lean production systems and the development of forward-looking production concepts from planning to delivery. See how modern digital technologies address the challenges of customised production while focusing on process and product standardisation, circular economy and Lean 4.0.
The return journey will be organised via the EDIH shuttle, taking into account the timetable. The transport costs will of course be covered by us. In addition to the tour, you have the opportunity to share and connect with other entrepreneurs for snacks and drinks.
