The digital transformation also poses multiple challenges for public administrations. It is not only about improving internal administrative processes and processes, but also about online services tailored to target groups. To offer them, digital and innovation hubs have been set up in many EU countries, working on user-centric online solutions using innovative methods.
In 2020, the DigiLabs conference was held for the first time to provide a platform for European digitalisation laboratories to exchange and connect. This year, it will work in cooperation with the Innovation Mine gGmbH with the Saarland EDIH in Saarbrücken.
DigiLabs23 will take place on 4 December 2023 from 14:00 to 19:30 and on 5 December 2023 from 09:00 to 16:00. Participants can be on-site in the co:hub66 in Saarbrücken or online.
