Cyber security is playing an increasing role in production. If you are on track to connect your production towards Industry 4.0, you need to address a variety of security issues, solutions, standards and organisational frameworks. And questions arise. E.g. how to achieve and maintain an appropriate level of cyber security? You may also be looking for recommendations for appropriate information security management in production. Then the five-part workshop series on cyber security in production will provide you with the right framework. It takes a holistic approach to cyber security enforcement, providing the necessary knowledge and sharing experiences with speakers and participants.

The evaluation will:

  • the fundamentals of cyber security (module 1)
  • Organisation and processes (module 2)
  • the human factor (module 3)
  • the necessary technical measures (module 4)
  • a tool-based approach to developing a cyber security concept (basic protection)PLUS Activator) (module 5)

Module 1 provides an overview of cyber security risks in connected production and the resulting areas of action. You will also learn how to use the maturity model in order to identify where your company is in the field of action.

  • You get to know security in the digital transformation
  • Find out how the interplay between IT and production works in the context of Industry 4.0 and digitalisation
  • They get to know each other’s production, IT and security requirements
  • Learn how to apply maturity models
  • You get to know security requirements in the value chain
  • You experience the demonstration of TOP 10 BSI Threats in the context of live hacking of a production facility
